  FASTING IS A KIND OF WORSHIP DURING WHICH AN INDIVIDUAL REFRAINS HIM SELF FROM FOOD, SEX, GOSSIP. FASTING IS NOT JUST ABOUT STOPPING FOOD BUT IT AFFECT THE WHOLE BODY IN THAT YOU WILL NOT USE YOUR MOUTH TO SAY BAD THINGS, YOUR EARS TO HEAR BAD THINGS, YOUR HANDS AND LEGS TO GO TO A FORBIDDEN PLACE OR STEAL.

 WE PRAY TO ALLAH TO GUIDE US THROUGH THIS FASTING PERIOD AND PROTECT US AGAINST SATAN.
WITH THE LAST 10 DAYS IT IS SAID THAT ALLAH WILL REMOVE HIS SLAVE FROM HELL FIRE IN TO PARADISE, MAY HE MOVE US TO PARADISE, AND ALSO GRANT US GOOD HEALTH AND PROSPERITY IN THIS WORLD AND IN THE HEREAFTER. AMEN.
